Festoon lights - Middle Temple Hall EC4Y

The team carried out an Installation of 110v festoon lights in a historic building in the heart of the City  recently, Middle Temple Hall EC4Y, Temple, London, where redecoration works are ongoing.

Located in the heart of London’s legal quarter, Middle Temple Hall is one of the four ancient Inns of Court, the other three being Gray's Inn, Lincoln's Inn and Inner Temple.

What we did

Built between 1562 and 1573, the main buildings have remained virtually unchanged to this day, with many original features surviving the Great Fire of London and both World Wars.

Inside the building work had progressed nicely, however, the scaffold the workers were using in their daily duties,  was actually starting to block out the light to where they had reached, therefore, we were called upon to install lighting to enable work to carry on.

The 50m LED Festoon lighting proved to be an ideal solution to the problem.
